Due to continuous growth, we’re recruiting for a team of **Production Operatives** to join us at our **Burton on Trent site** on a permanent basis.

**What's the mission?**
You will work mainly within the specialist hand-made area of our plant, taking care and consideration to produce concrete fittings that support our high-quality tiles. You'll work as part of a skilled team, mixing concrete and hand-forming the products so passion and pride in your work is essential.

At our Burton manufacturing facility, we’re responsible for around 40% of the company’s concrete roofing products. This is a real team environment - a manufacturing team working together and encompassing a wide range of skill sets. We put health and safety at the heart of everything we do so we’re looking for people who share these values

You may be required to provide our site with regular housekeeping such as cleaning, painting and other handyperson jobs.

**Working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Your shift patterns will be 6.00 am - 3.00 pm**. **We are keen to find people who can be flexible around these hours as **overtime** is available outside these hours.

**What are the mission-critical skills?**
- Experience working in a Production/Manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
- Good group working spirit
- Basic computer user experience will be required
- Good level of English, verbal and written
- A forward-thinking individual continually looking at improving processes and wastes
- Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
