Dellner Polymer Solutions Limited are one of six companies in the Swedish Dellner Bubenzer Group. Due to company growth we are recruiting for a Production Operative/Hand Fabricator within the organisation.

We are looking for an individual to take responsibility for the assembly and quality of the products manufactured in the cell.

**Main duties include**:

- Hand fabrication of rubber products including the use of hand and air tools.
- Preparation of small metal components for moulding process using shotblasting technology.
- Adherence to strict process specifications and quality standards.
- Trimming and bonding of final rubber products.
- Testing and quality checks of hand fabricated rubber products
- Batch control and record keeping.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- Experience in hand fabrication of rubber products would be desirable
- Experience in Sewing would be desirable
- Experience in hand fabrication using hand and air tools is essential
- Dextrous and attention to detail is essential
- Able to read follow and understand detailed manufacturing specification and standard operating procedures.

- There is a requirement to be flexible with regards to shifts and working patterns

**Salary**: From £9.66 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
