You will oversee leading a team of SEO specialists and overseeing both on-site and off-site SEO optimization to own and keep market dominance. As SEO Manager, you will also be performing keyword research, setting performance targets, devising SEO strategiesand content marketing campaigns, analysing the results of past and ongoing SEO strategies, and identifying potential areas of improvement. You will also make sure that all content we produce is SEO optimized, and that all SEO activities are executed in a timelymanner within the allocated budget. You will work with content and marketing departments to implement SEO and marketing strategies that meet our company’s objectives. Local marketing is key to this role, with over 1,200 stores offering collection and delivery,being visible and available is important. Owning pro-active stakeholder management without franchisees and motivating them to support SEO is key.

Main Responsibilities
- Owning and delivering the SEO strategy for Dominos eCommerce sits and leading and managing a team of SEO Specialists and 3rd party partners to drive performance vs our targets
- Monitor and report on organic search performance and offer insights into opportunities and analyse competitor awareness
- Cross-selling the importance of the SEO channels with key stakeholders and the wider teams in the business to maximise opportunities and online sales
- Monitor and analyse ongoing SEO campaigns to identify problem areas and suggest ways for improvement
- Understanding industry developments and how this can be interpreted to maximise our SEO strategy Ensuring that wider teams also contribute to the SEO channels
- Identifying ways to innovate to improve performance or manage resources more effectively

Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ year SEO experience gained from either client and/or agency side
- A true SEO expert, with experience in a senior SEO role with significant experience managing highly trafficked business to consumer sites or you will have now broadened into a digital role but SEO is still at the heart of what you do
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with owning SEO reporting
- Experience using the most popular website crawlers (ScreamingFrog, DeepCrawl, and Moz), SEO analysis tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, and SEOptimer), and web analytics software (WebTrends, UserTesting, and Google Analytics)
- You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Be a role model for your team and lead them through their development both in your team and be able to motivate staff from other departments
- Have an advanced understanding of technical SEO, on-site and off-site
- Be able to run complete technical and content audits
- Experience of managing platform migrations from a SEO point of view
