As an Electrics Planning Coordinator at GES, you will be responsible for the coordination of key administrative tasks within the Central Planning team including:

- **Utilising strong organisational skills** to conduct thorough daily checks on job and works orders, ensuring all instructions from Clarity, SOPs, and other relevant sources are fully addressed.
- **Accurately gathering and consolidating information** from clients and internal teams including Electrics Delivery, Client Relations, Service Centre, and Finance to streamline processes and ensure clarity.
- **Maintaining clear client communication**, verifying order details to ensure accuracy, alignment with deadlines, and client satisfaction.
- **Raising purchase orders** via SAGE X3, covering requirements such as labour, materials, and stationery, ensuring timely procurement for operational needs.
- **Updating and maintain** our MIS system, Clarity, and the electrics show calendar, ensuring all data is current and accessible for real-time visibility.
- **Coordinating travel and accommodation logistics** for the Electrics team, efficiently managing bookings for travel and hotels as required.
- **Providing comprehensive administrative support** for Central Planning, including handling absence and holiday cover to maintain seamless operations.
- **Actively contributing to process improvement**, supporting the ongoing growth of Central Planning through the adoption and implementation of new IT systems and methods.

This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.

**Hours of work**

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. On occasion you may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business.

**Annual leave**

Our holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays).
