CMAC Group are looking for a Compliance Administrator to support the deliverance of the Compliance Best Practise Accreditation programme, taking ownership of compliance administration requirements and supporting the wider

**Main tasks/responsibilities**
- To obtain, validate and update all required legal responsibilities: documents, policies and procedures on supplier profiles.
- Manage and maintain the supplier database and systems to ensure that all compliance data and records are current and accurate.
- Be responsible for updating and actioning of work queues.
- Support the delivery of the Best Practice Compliance Programme
- Work with the Compliance Manager on supporting project tasks.
- Support the Compliance Manager in continually improving processes and procedures.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers regarding compliance related matters.
- Highlight any significant risk suppliers to the Compliance Manager.
- Increase supplier awareness regarding CMAC best practise requirements and to drive best practise working relationships across the supply chain.
- Generate, create and analyse system reports to ensure department efficiencies.
- Promote CMAC, develop strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Meet and exceed the SLA and KPI department requirements.
- Keep up to date with licensing standards and changes in legislation.
- Liaise with other departments and provide accurate information when necessary.

**Skills & Competencies required for the role**
- Experience of working in a Compliance or Administration Role.
- Experience of working with suppliers in a regulated industry.
- Experience of working in the Taxi/Private Hire and/or Coach/Bus Sector.
- Understanding of the Ground Transport industry.
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems and identify solutions.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
- Excellent communication skills, with people of all levels.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite i.e. Excel, Outlook, PowerBI.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
