**Main Responsibilities**
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and activity targets
- Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities and maximise opportunities
- Establish strong, long-lasting client relationships with every assigned customer
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Complete face-to-face visits with clients, new and existing
- Act as the liaison between customers and suppliers
- Monitor sales performance metrics and address them when necessary
- Attend and present at supplier events and meetings as required
- Collaborate with other sales team members to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Implement and execute a strong sales and account management process
- Prepare quarterly reports and forecasts and analyse sales performance metrics

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A solid understanding of sales and ethical sales practices
- Great negotiating skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in account management type role
- Knowledge of the carrier industry is desirable but not essential
- Enthusiastic sales-focused attitude
- Customer-centric & Entrepreneurial mentality

**Additional Information**
- Hybrid Working - 3/4 days a week in the office working
- Hours - 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM

- OTE 20% of annual salary, paid quarterly
