Specsavers Rushden first opened its doors in 2009 and since then has gone from strength to strength, making a name in the local community as the number one provider of health care and customer service. Split across two floors, the store feels spacious, and offers Audiology services, plus a on site lab. **Requirements of the role**

Alongside being an existing retailer with a strong and proven background within optics, you will also have the drive, passion and willingness to ensure a customer-focused team and role model high standards to continue the success of this store. As the new Retail Partner, you will be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll be able to build a rapport with the new team, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess an ability to build strong relationships within the local community.
