Position: Executive Officer

Location: Birmingham, Cardiff, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow, Belfast

**Salary**: £13.33 ph

Contract: Temporary 12-month assignment, 37 hours per week

Hybrid

Key accountabilities within this role include:

- Decision making
- Supporting colleagues with complex queries and escalations where necessary.
- Being proactive in keeping up to date with the most relevant policy and guidance exhibit excellent organisational and mailbox management skills.
- Taking responsibility for your own development needs, maintaining and building your knowledge of policies and processes
- You will need to hold a good understanding of IT and Microsoft Office as you will be required to maintain accurate records of the movement of files, progression of cases and other ad hoc reports. A high standard of data quality will be expected.

What we need from you:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
- Professional and customer-focused attitude, ability to understand the needs of the customers.
- The Ability to work in a changing environment focused on Service Level agreements.

To be successful in this role you must undertake Government VETTING checks and be able to provide 3 years of referencing.
