Your remit will include but is not limited to:

- Process all personal papers for storage, including wills, power of attorney and title packets
- Complete all documentation relating to items that are to be archived and or retrieved
- Ensure the practice management system is updated to correctly record the location of all items
- Act upon the clients instructions to close, archive and record all files being issued to storage
- To assist in the collation of information on this service area for including in the monthly reports
- Extensive computer and data related tasks
- Managing and supervising of contractors on site
- To be aware of day to day H&S requirements within working area
- Overseeing and organising of general maintenance
- Assisting with the fire tests and drills
- Responsible for opening and locking up, alarming and security of offices
