Admin Assistant

We're looking for experienced admin staff for our beautiful restaurant and hotel.

Updown is a magical farmstead with acres of beautiful garden and woodland situated just outside Deal in Kent. This is a very exciting time to be joining our ranks as we continue to grow and build our reputation nationally.

Owing to the location of the venue, you must also have your own transportation or consistent means of travelling to and from work during sometimes unsocial hours.

Main responsibilities:
Respond to any residential guests requests and ensure they’re actioned and guest experience is heightened

Collect & communicate Hotel guest nuances/requests/background with wider team

Maintain booking systems (Little Hotelier, Resy)

Co-ordinating the purchase of Vouchers

Groups/restaurant events: Check Resy for groups of 10+, arrange menus/pre-orders & create Event Sheets to be distributed to departments

Accommodation reports

Event sheets, table plan & guest list for ticketed events: Workshops, Guest Chef etc.

Respond to event enquiries, book and conduct show-arounds, planning meetings etc.

Track event enquiries and bookings on Event Tracker

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
