The principal focus is to providetailored, business-driven, strategic advice on the people implications of the overall organisational strategy and business plans. Working alongside senior managers to identify appropriate interventions and development opportunities, and promoting new waysof working.
You are likely to already have HR Business Partner experience and are now looking for an opportunity to work more strategically.
