Canon UK & Ireland are looking for a B2B Channel Marketing Team Leader to join their Digital Printing & Solutions (DP&S) Marketing department and help deliver growth and optimise Go-To-Market strategy.
You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing management teams to drive strategic channel programmes, whilst supporting the Channel Marketing team to execute day to day field marketing activities.

On a day-to-day basis, as B2B Channel Marketing Team Leader, you will:
- Work with the key stakeholders to optimise Canon UK’s go to market strategy, driving both reach and penetration, and turning this into actionable programmes for marketing
- Optimise and develop web and ecommerce routes to market
- Support Sales Leadership in the introduction of new routes to market and sales roles/teams
- Collaborate with Canon Europe to influence central channel marketing activities, align with local plans, and implement for UK
**What we ask**:
As the B2B Channel Marketing Team Leader, you will possess the following skills and expertise:
- Previous channel marketing experience, operating with senior stakeholders, and delivering evidenced channel growth
- Experience and understanding of a variety of B2B routes to market - including direct field sales, channel sales, ecommerce, and desk-based sales
- A track record of delivering tangible results, built on an ability to plan your own and others workloads, ensuring accountability and consistently achieving deadlines
- Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills that you have successfully used with marketing and sales audiences of all levels to achieve consensus and commitment
- Marketing qualification is preferred
**You will need**:
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience and understanding of the sales cycle and a sales mindset
- Experience of designing and implementing go to market strategies built on data and insight - requiring confidence and competence with data analysis
- A proven ability to inspire, develop and deliver through others.
This role will require some travels, therefore willingness to traveling is a requirement.
