As a Ward Receptionist, you will be the face of Nuffield Health Woking Hospital and play a part in building a healthier nation. You will provide an excellent customer service experience and be sensitive to our customers’ needs and be confident to deal with various departments within the hospital.
**As Ward Receptionist, you will**:
- Have the ability to explain sensitive or complicated information in a clear, sympathetic and easily understood manner,
- Coordinate, plan and organise a wide range of daily activities and preparing all the relevant clinical paperwork for patient’s relating to their procedure,
- Maintain an accurate account of patient treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records,
- Obtain, record and update patients’ personal information,
- Protect patients’ rights through maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information,
- Use your empathy and customer service skills to build a positive relationship,
- Answer the phone, dealing with enquiries and booking appointments,
- Good IT and keyboard skills,
- You will have experience working within Healthcare administration or a relevant reception environment,
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the daily goals.
