Accounts Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Raising sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Processing credits and adjustments.
- Running Debtor reports
- Assisting with Cashflow Management.
- Assisting with year-end audit process for all Companies.
- Preparing daily banking reconciliations and allocation of cash.
- Preparing daily cash reports.
- Processing of supplier payments
- Posting of accounting journals.
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts.
- Ad hoc administration as required.
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Finance Managers, Financial Controller and Finance Director.
**Experience**
- Experience of working in a commercial environment
- Experience of working in the property industry (desirable)
- Multi-company accounting experience (desirable)
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload, multi-task and adapt quickly to change and deliver the pressure of deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- Working knowledge and understanding of Sage Line 50 accounting software.
- Ability to solve problems, exercise judgment and work to deadlines.
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including a good telephone manner and comfortable dealing with people of all levels, internally as well as externally.
- Ability to work in team orientated environment.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality
