**We have an exciting new job for a Community Officer with an international charity.**

**What you’ll need**:

- An appetite to work in social media for an organisation with clear societal purpose, in a role that genuinely makes a difference to people’s lives
- You will be a keen social media user with experience of developing social media for a company or a brand
- Demonstrable, recent experience of using the following social channels professionally: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Understanding of what Support Services are and their role in defining and developing brand
- A flair for writing and an understanding of how words and visuals make great content
- Empathetic and understanding nature, ability to interact with engage with people
- Understanding how to grow a community online and trigger helpful conversations on social media.

The charity brings together people and expertise, linking patient experience, research, policy and practice and share results of the research with the public, health care professionals and research networks to raise awareness of what they can do to increase personal, family and community protection, optimise treatments and strengthen health systems.

They also directly support to people and families affected. Ensuring the knowledge, experience, skills and finance available from the private sector can help achieve long term and sustainable impacts around the world.
