**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive generalist Human Resources Advisor to support the business one day per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, ensuring that our human resources practices align with the overall business objectives. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and employees.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Support social media management efforts to promote the company’s employer brand and attract top talent.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with management on workforce planning initiatives to meet business needs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a generalist human resources role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction at all levels of the organisation..
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.

We are looking part time support coming into the office one day per week, no set day required.

Could also suit a freelance HR professional looking for extra hours or who can take on a new client.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £30,857.00-£34,096.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 per week
