The One Group are proud to be working with a brilliant local business within the education sector who are currently on the look out for two HR Advisors to join their team

This role is busy, fast paced and you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of HR, its a great opportunity for someone with an element of experience in HR that would like to learn more and grow in a great business.

Both roles will be remote based, covering parts of Northamptonshire where you will be companies go to HR advisor for schools.

What your day will look like?
- Answering daily HR enquiries from your designated schools, assisting with any HR projects.
- On boarding and induction for new employees.
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and process pre employment checks.
- Assisting with payroll where needed.
- Issuing of P45s.
- Assist in formal meetings, including employee disciplinaries and grievances.
- Attending exit interviews.
- Recruitment and selection where needed for designated schools.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
