**Production Team Leader**

I am currently working with a pioneer in the branding and graphics industry who provide a broad range of product solutions and services across multiple sectors, such as the design and construction industry, offering everything from graphic design and product development to on-demand manufacturing and installation.

They are now looking for a Production Team Leader to join them on a full-time permanent basis to cover the following shifts; **Monday - Thursday** 6 am - 2 pm & 1.30 pm - 10.15 pm and **Friday** 6 am - 2 pm & 1.30 pm - 8 pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all orders/samples are produced safely, on time, in full and to the correct specification/quality and budget.
- Provide first-line supervision to the production team.
- Provide training and coaching to all team members.
- Monitor and control the quality of work carried out by all team members.
- Suggest and implement preventative measures to stop the reoccurrence of any reported issues.
- Ensure all production areas are kept clean and tidy.
- To assist with and carry out production tasks as required and to comply with the agreed production schedule.

**Skills required**:

- Previous experience within the large format graphics industry
- Previous experience in leading or managing teams
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan own work as well as others
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Able to work as part of a team and on their own.

**Benefits**:

- Salary up to £30k DOE.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
