Our ambitious Jewson team in Glasgow are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Senior Sales Customer Service Advisor** at Jewson, Anniesland

This is a highly experienced branch with a solid team to help you to develop swiftly in the role. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on delivering first-class service and who aspires to really make a difference, working closely with this highly successful team.

A **Senior Customer Sales Advisor** is an essential role within the branch network, you will have the opportunity to experience a bit of everything from working in the branch. This role strongly focuses on customer service, so it is great for someone who loves to build relationships with customers face-to-face and over the phone.

**Hours of work**:
**Monday to Friday 730am to 5pm/ or 7am-4:30pm and every other Saturday 8am to 12noon**

What will I be doing?
- Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face-to-face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
- Dealing with lapsed accounts
- Generating sales with new and existing customers
- Providing administrative support to the branch manager, producing accurate reports
