We are seeking to employ an Administrator who will play an important role in the growth of our business over the next few years.
**The Company**
Sheraton Financial Planning specialises in lifestyle financial planning with the firm being a CISI Accredited
Financial Planning firm, a CII Chartered Financial Planning firm with BS8577 accreditation. With an average of 3 new referrals per week from professionals and existing clients we have ambitious plans for the future of our business, and we need someone who wants to play a key part in that growth.
Our purpose is to help clients achieve clarity on their current financial situations and deliver financial planning that enriches the clients lives and redefines their relationship with money.
With a small, relaxed office based in a Wickham in the Meon Valley, we pride ourselves in developing our team members and giving them the opportunity to grow to achieve their full potential.
**The Role**
- Maintaining good relationships with all clients of the business
- Preparing new business paperwork in support of a Paraplanner.
- Processing completed provider paperwork and ensuring it is dealt with correctly
- Providing updates of ongoing cases to clients
- Preparation of annual review paperwork
- Completion of post-review actions alongside Financial Planners and Paraplanners
- Ensuring that our back-office system is up to date
**What’s on offer**
- Starting salary is dependent on current qualifications and work experience related to the role. The range is between £22,000 and £25,000, with the ability to earn more as you progress
- 3% Pension contributions
- 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, birthday, and Christmas office closure
- We work 9-5 Monday - Friday
- Exam Support
Systems that will be used include: Intelligent Office, Fe Analytics, Truth, Timeline, Transact and AssureWeb
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
