Admin Assistant required for a growing heating and ventilation business based in Coney Hall.
Our business has grown over the last few years so we will looking for someone to help with all administrative tasks which will include (but not be limited to).
- Project diary management
- Invoice management
- Managing orders
- Production of permits and manuals
- All other general administrative tasks
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace experience preferable.
As a company work with some of the largest building companies and trusts in the UK on various projects. Projects include Financial, Leisure, Education, Healthcare, Industrial etc.
This is an opportunity to join a growing business and make the position your own.
Experience working within construction organisations preferable. Good organisation skills essential.
Initially we are looking for a part time assistant. Hours can be flexible but ideally part time Monday-Friday.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Freelance, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: £7.00-£13.00 per hour
