As Central Scotland’s Premier Roofing company for Homeowners, we offer an unrivalled service to our customers with our dedicated departments to support our customers every step of the way. Our departments include Customer Care, Operations and Sales.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role is the first point of contact for our business and will be vital in ensuring that our service standards are maintained.

**Requirements of the role**:

- To answer calls efficiently and establishing initial contact with customers at first point of sale and continue to develop relationships with our customers
- To sell the Taylor Roofs brand and manage any customer objections effectively
- To provide administration and telephony support to the sales/surveying team.
- Provide after sales support, manage complaints and customer’s requests for further information
- Management of CRM system and Xero basic book-keeping.
- Liaise with other teams within the business in order to manage customer’s technical requests and queries.
- Management of systems, sales orders, and databases
- Involved in meeting sales KPI targets
- Responding to sales enquiries efficiently for new and existing customers
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Passion and enthusiasm for understanding and helping customers
- Good organisation skills and the ability to priories your workload
- Proficient at maintaining records and following general working practices to ensure that the company processes and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Ideally you will have experience of working with Xero accounting software and Big Change software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,736.00-£23,000.00 per year
