Ailsa Response are a Recruitment Agency who specialise in the Health and Social Care Sector.

We are recruiting for an Administration & Recruitment Coordinator to join our experienced office team.

Role and Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all staff and clients
- Dealing with client’s shift requirements
- Allocating staff shifts
- Coordinating staff availability
- Booking and conduction interview
- daily administration duties for clients and recruitment
- Daily/Weekly rotas
- On call duties (1 in 4 week’s rotation) supplement payment
- Working as part of a team

We Offer
- Starting salary of £22,000 PA
- Monday to Friday working pattern (M-T 8.45am to 5.00pm and F 9.00am to 3.00pm)
- On Call supplement payment
- Holiday entitlement 29 days per year
- Full training of systems provided with ongoing contend support from management

Essential and Desirable requirements
- Good knowledge of the health and social care sector
- Experience in Coordination
- Experience in Recruitment
- Be able to work in a fast paced and demanding role
- Good administration skills

Due to high volume only shortlisted staff will be contacted.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
