We have a fantastic opportunity for a Breakdown Support Operative to join our busy team of call handlers
The team are responsible for taking all incoming calls regarding breakdowns, defects and repairs, and for escalating these queries to the right points of contact in strict timescales.
Due to the high volume of calls taken by the team each day and the urgent nature of many of these queries a background in customer service is absolutely crucial.
The position will require an individual who can work to designated timescales and in an organised manner managing and reporting on key information appropriately.
**Responsibilities include;**
- Answering incoming calls and distributing appropriately
- Taking down clear and concise information
- Storing and reporting crucial details on our database
- Liaising closely with various contacts and teams across the business to ensure that all relevant enquiries are communicated
- Ensuring that all queries are resolved by updating with Key Account Managers and Operations Manager
