**Haute World**, a fast-growing hospitality brand in the UK, known for its unforgettable dining experiences, is seeking a creative and results-oriented **Content & Social Media Executive** to join our dynamic marketing team to handle our well-known brands Haute Dolci and IceBurg.

**In this Hybrid role, you'll wear many hats, including**:

- **Social Media Rockstar**: You'll be responsible for planning and creating engaging social media content (photos & videos) that showcases our decadent desserts and inviting atmosphere across all platforms like Facebook, Insragram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Weekly travel is required to capture fresh content at our stores.
- **Influencer Whisperer**: Research, develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns to amplify our brand reach and connect with new audiences.
- **Brand Guardian**: You'll be the custodian of our brand voice and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- **Local Hero**: Travel weekly to our stores to understand their marketing needs and challenges. Partner with store managers to develop targeted promotions, explore local business partnerships, and create customized offline marketing materials.
- **Data-driven marketer**: Analyze customer sentiment and act on feedback within 48 hours. Collaborate with stores and management to strategize on special offers and menu promotions that drive sales. You'll also manage and analyze paid ad campaigns for optimal performance.
- **Team Player**: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and communicate effectively through designated channels.

**To be successful, you'll need**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation (desirable but not essential).
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative social media strategies.
- Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to travel weekly and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- This role requires occasional travel/work on weekends, with compensatory time off provided.

Pay: £19,792.35-£25,000.00 per year
