As our **Supply Chain Co-Ordinator**, you will be building strong relationships with customers on the telephone, overseeing all orders, liaising with key colleagues to ensure everything is in place to guarantee deliveries within lead time. Youwill handle all customer enquiries.

**Responsibilities as our Supply Chain Co-Ordinator are to**:

- Working closely with Planning and Stock Control Manager, Operations controller, Finance and Sales - active contributor to cross-functional teams
- Lead the team of 2 demand planners
- Responsible for analysis within the functional areas of the supply chain - develop and lead supply chain activities including various analysis, short term and long term planning
- Inventory management - to ensure inventories are kept within set limits, be aware of financial impact (P&L) and reduce obsolescence to a minimum -understanding of cost and losscontrol
- Actively support stakeholders to maintain high service level (OTIF)
- Maintain and improve reporting structure to maximise data efficiency
- SupportS&OP team and processes - (provide analytical data, support in decision making )
- Working closely with the Operations team to resolve supply chain issues
- Engage with internal stakeholders
- Open-minded with a desire to learn
- Leading projects and continuously improving processes
- Working under pressure, to set deadlines and being results-driven
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators and metrics
- Assure compliance with business controls and operations integrity
- Support ERP implementation
- Ensure conformance with all company environmental, health and safety requirements, actively support and participate in the company health and safety

**Skills required of our Dedicated Customer Professional**:

- Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business related degree/experience
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
- Inventory management, supply chain management
- Finance experience - P&L, company balance sheet, material losses, stock provision
- Data analysis - ability to analyse and make data-driven decisions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Skill for analytical rigour, creative problem-solving, and sound decision-making
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Good sense of humour

**Good to have**
- SAP, ERP systems, MRP, MPS
- Data modelling skills, programming
- S&OP
- The ability to use visualisation tools would be an advantage - PowerBI, Tableau
- Forecasting, demand/production planning experience
- Stock control experience
