We are looking for dynamic Salon Reception / Retail Advisors to join our friendly salon team. Duties include greeting guests and providing inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service. Making product recommendations and hitting retail targets. Booking and ensuring the smooth running of appointments. Opening and closing the salon.

Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and maintains a friendly and approachable manner. Works well under pressure and as part of a team. Is a proactive solution finder. Has previous retail experience, preferably within the hair and beauty industry. Is well presented.
