**Commercial Communication & Change Co-Ordinator**

Are you looking for your next big adventure? Well, if you are an individual from a Communication or Change background this role might be the one from you as the role requires a high level of organisational, communication and engagement skills. Supporting in the Commercial team on the Future programme as Asda separates from Wal-mart the Communication and Change Co-ordinator will create and develop communication that ensures our Commercial colleagues are informed and engaged on the changes landing with them. Working within the Change Management team in Commercial, you will be part of the team that is driving and delivering change and will support landing the change.

**Please note this is an 18 month Secondment / fixed term position, but a high percentage of **our** fixed term **colleagues** secure permanent **opportunities** along the way.**

**Your Role**
- Work closely with the Commercial team to support the delivery of the function specific communication plans
- Develop engaging creative content, ensuring communication delivers messages with impact and clarity, on brand and delivered in the Asda tone of voice
- Support the creation of a plan to implement the change in your area
- Working with business SMEs to support and report on any change management projects
- Support in the management of the Future inbox for Suppliers and Colleagues, fielding queries and providing an excellent customer service experience
- Support the implementation of the change strategy in your area, by developing communication and engagement materials for your area covering training, pre-Go-Live, cut-over, transition states and post Go Live hyper care package.
- Supports the change team on events and logistics planning
- Maintain critical distribution lists making sure data is accurate so that communication lands to the right audience

**About You**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong creative skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience of producing and editing creative content
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
- Experience of Poppulo, Mailchimp or other internal communication systems is desirable but not essential
