Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our metal sheet warehouse and.

**Duties**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
- Unload materials from trucks and move them to designated storage areas
- Utilize a forklift or other equipment to load and unload materials as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a warehouse management system for consignment stock
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials
- Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or damages
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

CombiLift license preferred but training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
