**Job Summary**

Working as part of the Operations team, whilst carrying out all Site Administration ensuring all Offshore and Onshore functions are carried out accurately, tracking of costs and revenue for all areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively support and embed a generative safety culture
- Review and maintain site HSEQ documentation within the IMS and supporting systems
- Ensure compliance with the company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- First point of contact for day to day “Drilling Waste” waste / logistics enquiries from contracted customers.
- Using the Standard Operating Procedure coordinate “Drilling Waste” collections and deliveries and ensuring that all relevant documentation, such as waste transfer paperwork and reports are correct and in place.
- Ensure Quarterly SEPA Returns are submitted & EEMS Reports provided on request.
- Raise and follow through NCRs actions through the use of the ANSS IMS System and other supporting systems (ATMS).
- Developing and maintaining relationships with all relevant internal and external customers, updating them on progress of project work scopes
- Ensuring all relevant databases are kept up to date, including Skip tracking and Cuttings billing databases.
- Using current Standard Operating Procedures, prepare jobs in SWOPs, ensuring data is up to date in SWOPs for back-up for invoicing and reports and maintenance of IT records for Drilling Waste Movements.
- Site administration and coordination as directed by the Operations Manager.
- Accurate invoicing to be completed throughout the month for all areas of the business.
- Accurate accruals to be provided to Finance team.
- Providing weekly revenue reports/KPI’s for offshore services department but from time to time other areas.
- Shared responsibility in raising purchase orders for all sites.
- Booking any travel requirements for all staff.
- Managing of specific projects as per business requirements
- Maintaining continuous professional development.
- Focal point for site specific suppliers and 3rd parties.
- Any other reasonable duties as and when required..

**Critical Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Experience of ATMS, Onboard Tracker, Internal Incident Reporting System, Tank Cleaning, Slops, Operations, Engineers, Skip Databases and SWOPs.
- Ability to cover all aspects of Supply Chain Coordinators role.
- Experience using Proactis, SUN, SWOPs and other Financial systems.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with people at all levels of an organisation.
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload
- Extensive computer and database experience.

**Summary Performance Measures**
- Timely and accurate completion of month end billing.
- Full trackability of all Industrial Services jobs
- Provision of required data for weekly operations KPI’s
- Compliance against the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
