**Single Homeless Project** has a new opportunity for a **Senior Referrals and Facilities Coordinator **to join and work in our team based in **London**. You will join us on a** full**-time, permanent basis **working 37.5 hours** **and in return, you will receive a **competetive salary starting at £28,897.95 and rising incrementally to £31,646.66 per annum.**

**About the Senior Referrals and Facilities Coordinator role**:
As the Referrals and Facilities Coordinator, you will have the invaluable opportunity to shape and design aspects of your role, bringing innovative thinking and personalised strategies to enhance our services. Your primary focus will be managing the referrals process for new residents and ensuring our facilities are maintained to high standards, promoting a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

This role involves a significant focus on the psychological and emotional well-being of our residents at every stage of their journey, from referral to move-on. You will work closely with a diverse and comprehensive team that reflects the diversity of our client group, ensuring a holistic and empathetic approach to care.
- Diverse Responsibilities: Manage referrals for new residents, ensuring a smooth and empathetic process. Maintain our facilities to high standards, promoting a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
- Innovative Environment: You'll have the opportunity to shape and design aspects of your role, bringing fresh ideas and strategies to improve our services.
- Emphasis on Well-being: Play a key role in supporting the psychological and emotional health of residents, from their initial referral to their eventual move-on.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care that meets the varied needs of our residents.
- Leadership and Oversight: Oversee important operational aspects like voids management and rent collection, contributing to the financial health of the facility. Provide guidance and direction to the concierge team, fostering their professional development.

**Skills and experience we're looking for in our Senior Referrals and Facilities Coordinator**:

- Experience in similar roles is beneficial but not mandatory.

**Our attractive benefits package includes**:

- A salary increase after successfully completing six month's probationary period
- A 37.5 hour working week including flexible working hours (core hours are 10am - 4pm) in non-accommodation services
- 25 days annual leave, increasing annually to the maximum 30 days (plus paid Bank Holidays),
- A contributory pension scheme: Single Homeless Project will contribute the equivalent of 5% of your annual salary
