Recetion and Reservations Supervisor

Trevornick Holiday Park are looking to recruit a Reception and Reservation Supervisor to assist with the efficient operating of our busy Reception team. Trevornick is family-run site situated on the coast of the stunning Holywell Bay offering a variety of accommodation including: Touring and Camping, Ready Tents, Statics, Luxury Lodges and Cottages and a number of onsite amenities such as: swimming pool, bars and restaurants, fishing ponds, golf courses and much more. **About Us** We are a 5* awarded Holiday Park with the aim of ‘Making Everyday Extraordinary’ for our guests, visitors and of course our team. We have been providing outstanding family holidays for 60 years and have worked hard to create a highly regarded brand and an environment and culture our team are proud to be a part of. **About the Position** We are seeking a proactive individual to support our team to deliver an outstanding guest experience from initial point of enquiry to departure. Duties include (but are not limited to): - liaising with booking partners to ensure smooth integration with our booking system - providing a 5* experience for all our guests - communicating within our internal teams to ensure guest expectations are exceeded - dealing with any complaints to ensure fair resolution of issues that may arise and responding to feedback and ensuring this is distributed to the wider team - provide constructive guidance and training to grow and develop the bookings team - assist the Manager with developing efficient and effective processes within the department - rotas This role will require flexibility as hours will include evenings and weekends on a rota basis. **About You** We are looking for someone who is happy to lead a team with great organisational skills to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the season.
