**About the Role**

As a **Site Supervisor**, you will assist the Site Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service station, ensuring the smooth running of the site while maximising sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in leading and motivating the team, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership** - Support, train, and coach staff to perform at their best, ensuring excellent service at all times.
- **Operational Excellence** - Oversee stock control, financial processes, and site standards to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- **Customer Service** - Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer experiences and handling complaints professionally.
- **Health & Safety Compliance** - Ensure a safe and legal working environment for staff and customers, adhering to all policies and regulations.
- **Sales & Performance Management** - Monitor sales data and KPIs to drive improvements and meet business targets.
- **Administration & Communication** - Maintain accurate records, manage shift scheduling, and ensure key company communications are delivered effectively.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail or fuel station environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle stock management, financial processes, and compliance requirements.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a drive to improve sales and performance.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Pay: £12.51-£12.81 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 21 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
