Our Housekeeping Supervisor vacancy is for our Waterloo Hotel Site in Betws-y-Coed.

**Who we are looking for..**

As Housekeeping Supervisor you will have a strong sense of leadership, an engaging and motivating style that drives a team along with excellent attention to detail combined with impeccable organisational skills that will be put to good use within a high quality operation.

You will have proven experience and excellence as a housekeeping leader, preferably within an environment that delivers five-star quality and experiences, a passion for providing a great guest experience through exceptional standards, excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

**What you’ll be doing..**

Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, this role assists in overseeing a substantial and very important team within the hotel. We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor who is able to successfully communicate at all levels and who can work cohesively with other Hotel Departments to ensure a smooth operation, outstanding standards along with an excellent guest experience.

You’ll assist, support and supervise a large team of Housekeeping Assistants.

Attending daily briefs for preparation, you’ll have a key role in the setup and service of the housekeeping service, maintaining and continually improving our standards and the quality of our service, consistently exceeding our guest expectations.

Assisting to ensure operating costs are managed effectively, you’ll have joint responsibility for stock levels in the most organised and efficient ways.

Always warm and thoughtful, you and your team will make sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly, effectively and professionally

You’ll check all areas before, during and at the end of each shift, ensuring our high standards are maintained; you’ll also carry out daily maintenance and cleanliness checks across all areas of both guest rooms and public areas.

Playing a key role in ensuring the motivation of our team, you’ll work with them, fully involved in their coaching, training and development.

Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 stars in every way.

**Experience required for this role..**

Previous housekeeping supervisor role(s)

People management experience, including training and development

Desirable to have experience in health & safety, such as COSHH
