Main Purpose of the Job:
Telesales (Existing Customers) - Calling existing customers to increase sales spend and generate awareness of PGR Timber

Lead Generation (New Customers) - Pro-actively generate new prospects and business opportunities from canvassing, cold calling, newspapers, advertisements, planning portals, supplier and manufacturer leads, website enquiries and from staff leads to create new accounts and sales

Sales Projects and Promotions - Calling and following up sales and marketing projects, promotions and events to generate customer engagement and generate new business

Sales and Office Administration - Adhere to sales office processes and administration producing weekly reports for the Marketing Manager and Sales Director

Main Responsibilities: Telesales (Existing Customers)

Review and contact weekly non spend and inactive accounts to generate new business
Follow up and re-contact non spend customers daily updating the telesales system and CRM
Liaise with internal and external sales team to convert sales requests from follow up

Main Responsibilities: Lead Generation (New Customers)

Pro-actively generate new prospects and business opportunities from canvassing, cold calling, newspapers, advertisements, planning portals, supplier and manufacturer leads, website enquiries and from staff leads to create new accounts and sales

Main Responsibilities: Sales Projects and Promotions

Calling and following up sales and marketing projects, promotions and events to generate customer engagement and generate new business

Calling to arrange appointments for external sales staff

Main Responsibilities: Sales and Office Administration

Inputting all data and updating records on the CRM system and Telesales system
All paperwork is filed up to date
Weekly report on prospects added weekly
Weekly report on new sales generated
Weekly report on new sales invoiced
Weekly sales activity update
Any other duties as required to meet the job specification

Number of prospects generated per week
Number of new accounts opened per week
Number of non-spend accounts re-opened per week
Number of new sales orders won and invoiced
Weekly sales activity reports
Monthly sales report for sales meeting
Skills and Qualities
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Sales driven, with the ability to develop new business relationships
Customer driven, with the ability to develop relationships with all Accounts and Key Accounts within all branches of the Company, with all types of customer (both internal and external)
Ability to use excel and word

**Salary Dependant on Experience**

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
