Recruitment Coordinator

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in the development of recruitment strategies to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or Taleo is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment purposes is advantageous.
- Previous experience in human resources or recruitment is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Graduate
Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
