**The Role**
The role of the Heritage Propositions team is to make sure that our propositions remain appropriate for their target market and deliver the promised outcomes throughout the lifetime of the customer relationship. In order to do that we need to understand anddeliver all product promises to customers in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in helping our Heritage customers to ensure they are achieving a good customer outcomes and ensuring regulatory expectations are being met. We are seeking a high performing product/commercial manager with experienceof managing and reviewing existing propositions.
You will be part of the Conduct & Enablement Team which is responsible for ensures that our Heritage Propositions are operating within M&G Prudential's Conduct Risk appetite, including responsibility for the design and delivery of product review activitiesacross Heritage Propositions.
You will support a number of key strategic projects while also being involved in the completion of proposition reviews and supporting M&G's transformation activity.
**Key Work Level Accountabilities**
Manager or Expert:
- For people managers, accountable for managing and motivating others to ensure quality of delivery to customers and stakeholders.
- Applies judgement to deliver outcomes, evaluating a range of potential solutions, considering the impact for customers, cost and risk.
- Manages conflicts that may impact delivery.
- Challenges upwards given knowledge of delivery and awareness of complex systems and the broader picture.
- Identifies and anticipates need for changes to continuously improve quality and efficiency of output.
- Manages resources and risks using expert judgment, know-how and experience.
**Key Responsibilities for this role**:
- Preparing and completing product reviews in line with the existing review schedule and methodology
- Undertaking analysis on a range of product data, using your product experience to interpret this information and present this in a way that informs the end reader.
- Reporting on gaps or issues that have been identified in order to ensure delivery of good customer and business outcomes.
- Identifying and proposing enhancements to our Heritage product range to improve customer outcomes
- Providing input and support to existing transformation activity on behalf of the Heritage Propositions area
