**ABOUT YOU**

We’re on the looking for a passionate and guest-focused In Room Dining Server (Casual) to become a valued part of our outstanding In Room Dining team at Pan Pacific London.

**JOB SUMMARY**

As a Casual Server in our In Room Dining department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards
- Make sure all linen, cutlery, glasses and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest
- Accurately record all orders delivery
- Have full knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu
- Clear trolleys and trays from guest rooms and corridors
