About the location:
Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London's historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. As impressive inside as out, this famous five-star hotel remains the centre of attention, as a new chapter begins in its history. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Overnight In-Room Dining Server (20 hours contract)
to join our In-Room Dining team.
As an Overnight In-Room Dining Server, you will be a key part of our Food & Beverage team, delivering world-class service directly to our guests' rooms. From late-night comforts to early-morning breakfasts, you'll ensure every dining experience is personalised, seamless, and reflective of Four Seasons' reputation for excellence.

What You Will Do

• Deliver in-room dining orders with warmth, efficiency, and impeccable presentation
• Ensure guest requests are met promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to create memorable moments
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials to confidently make recommendations
• Set up and clear trays/trolleys with attention to detail and care
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organised service area
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the night

What You Bring

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage, ideally in luxury hotels or fine dining
• Strong personal presentation and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• A genuine passion for food, wine, and exceptional guest service
• Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage but not essential
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts
• The Right to Work in the UK

Schedule And Hours

• This is a 20 hour contract
• 2 overnight shifts a week, 10 hours per shift
• Candidates must be flexible to work any day of the week
