This is an exciting new office-based role as part of a growing company which prides itself on customer experience.

As Resource Coordinator, you are responsible for the ownership of resource scheduling for a team of Professional Services technical resources. To successfully allocate and manage business resource, you will closely communicate with clients and the internal Visualization team.

**Main Duties**
- Allocation and confirmation of all scheduled Engineer projects.
- Coordinate internal resources so that project demands are met
- Timely and efficient communication to all relevant personnel when jobs are booked or re-scheduled
- Being a first point of contact for their resources, in the event of a problem preventing completion of any scheduled tasks.
- Resolve resourcing conflicts that arise and escalate issues and concerns to management when required
- Pro-active communication throughout the day to Engineering team and clients regarding their job management and status

**Skills and job requirements**
- Experience in dealing with personnel from varying backgrounds and environments including sales, technical, third parties and clients.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and keen to learn
- Passionate and determined to complete requirements to the highest ability
- Able to identify key deliverables and to prioritise tasks.

**Hours**
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
