**Full time Operations Co-Ordinator working in a busy Operations department.**

Clearway Environmental Services (UK) Ltd, a leading nationwide provider of Vacant Property Security, Temporary CCTV, and Environmental Clearance services, is currently seeking a highly organised and articulate Office Administrator/Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced national operations team. Our company is based in Dartford, Kent, conveniently located near the QE2 bridge on the south side.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Operations team to schedule and coordinate work assignments for our Security and Environmental Operatives.
- Utilize computer systems and handle telephone communications to facilitate daily tasks, making accurate and efficient use of resources.
- Prioritise tasks in a fast-paced and reactive environment, ensuring effective time management.
- Demonstrate confidence, approachability, and professionalism while communicating with team members and external stakeholders.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a clear and confident telephone manner.
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Display assertiveness when necessary to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all aspects of the role.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, possess 2-3 years of experience in an office environment.
- Exhibit exceptional organisational skills and maintain structure in daily processes.
- Adaptable to working under pressure and quick to learn new processes.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competent computer skills with accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with geographical locations is advantageous.

Please note that this is not a remote work position. The work location is Dartford, and home working is not available.
