**The Role**
- We are seeking a customer service focused Site Coordinator to join Marshall’s SKODA dealership in Dartford and play a vital role in our day to day operations by assisting the sales team with their operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Photographing and Advertising new cars.
- Organisation of the forecourt and moving the vehicles around in a practical and logístical manner.
- Ensuring sufficient parking bays are available for customers coming on site by liaising with the technicians, service department and sales department.
- Keeping the car park neat tidy and organised.
- Provide outstanding customer service when greeting customers.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- You will ideally have experience in a similar role, although this isn't essential. Previous motor industry experience would also be advantageous. You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

- A customer service focus with the ability to be the face of our business
- Strong organisation and time management skills to plan tasks.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment is essential.
