On that basis, we are looking for a Process Improvement Manager to come in to lead this part of our business. A role where you are given complete autonomy and you tell us what to do - not the other way round - in a proper engineering environment. **It's all about you** Whilst we are open to the person here, someone who experience of leading a team and implementing change in an "engineered product" environment. Our processes are already very good, but they can always be better and we know this. So in terms of investment, equipment... that's as sharp as you can get. But this is for someone who wants to use this opportunity as a stepping stone in to more senior managementand Directorship. So someone who still hasn't peaked in their career and still wants more, but can really implement change in a heavy hitting role from day 1 with lean and CI methodologies (so Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban etc.) **The role itself**: As alluded to already, you will be leading this department and, in a nutshell, responsible for project leadership of new product lines, development of new manufacturing technology in support of new product lines or major improvements in existing productlines. We have seen our headcount and turnover near enough double, so have had significant investment in our production and a lot more to come, so we need someone to lead how we can get out best return on investment. You'll have a team of around 5 Manufacturing Engineer and 4 Process Leaders underneath you, but real autonomy to make the changes you want. **The company and culture**: It is a culture where they are constantly looking to improve in every way they can to stay at the top of their market, always listening to their staff and taking their ideas on board.
