An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Band 3 administrator **based within our Community Recovery Service. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individual.You will be required to have relevant knowledge of an administrative environment. You will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise your own workload.
Daily duties will include enquiries from clients, carers, health professionals and other agencies and minute taking. The successful post holder will have all-round administration experience together with a good working knowledge of word processing systems, data recording, proven organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner and will be required to undertake a variety of administrative tasks within a small administration team.

The successful post holder will have all-round administration experience together with a good working knowledge of word processing systems, data recording, proven organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner and will be required to undertake a variety of administrative tasks within a small administration team. The work will be demanding and varied, and excellent communication skills are essential. Person specification
*GCSE English Grade C or above or equivalent qualification *Excellent word processing skills including accurate and speedy typing
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable criteria:
*Able to work to tight deadlines whilst ensuring work is of a high standard
*CRS experience
