- Booking and issuing job cards for service and repair
- Liaising with mechanics and customers
- Estimating, invoicing and taking payments
- Reliable, enthusiastic and takes ownership of work with little supervision
- Organised, attention to detail and data protection
- Processing purchase/sales invoices and updating purchase/sales ledger
- Reconciliation of invoices and statements
