Senior Clinician Crisis Resolution/home Treatment

Due to internal promotion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6, 12 month secondment within the Crisis and Home Treatment Team
The purpose of the Crisis and Home treatment Team is evolving we currently provide crisis assessment and home treatment to patients in acute mental health crisis in the least restrictive environment. CAHTT also work closely with inpatient services to facilitate early planned discharge.
The Crisis & Home Treatment Team also manage the Hatton Suite for those detained on a S136 of the MHA; and alongside this we offer an overnight Liaison service to Wye Valley Trust.
The role includes assessment and home treatment in locations to include the patients’ home within the Community and/or treatment rooms based at the Stonebow Unit.
Crisis & Home Treatment Team operate a 24 hour service 7 days per week. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is able to work 37.5 hours per week, over 3/4 days/nights (12 hour shifts)
