We are currently recruiting an Employer & Learner Engagement Officer for our Skills Bootcamp (Digital Sector) Programmes.

**Role Purpose**

To serve as the primary point of contact for referrals into the service and ensure a comprehensive understanding of prospective learners' needs. This involves establishing a tailored pathway to guide them toward employment or apprenticeships in their selected occupational areas within the Digital Sector. Additionally, the role includes identifying and collaborating with employers and prospective learners to facilitate access to job interviews and subsequent employment and/or apprenticeship opportunities.

Primarily, the position involves engaging with eligible employers to collaborate with our college in supporting learners through our Digital Sector Skills Bootcamp. It also entails establishing and maintaining relationships with employers, referral agencies, internal and external stakeholders, and customers throughout learners' journeys with our college.

**Required Experience**
- Experience in working with a training provider/educational establishment and placing learners with potential new employers, i.e., finding new employment opportunities for learners.
- Experience working within the IT-Digital sector.

**Salary**: From £23,500.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
