Tezlom are recruiting for proactive Support Workers to support both adults and children with various complex needs to work in specialist services across the Doncaster, Rotherham, Grimsby and Scunthorpe area.

This role is ideal for experienced Support Workers who are looking for a new opportunity, working up to full time hours on a flexible basis. Here at Tezlom you choose when you are available to work, whether that be earlies, lates, long days, nights, or weekends - we understand how important a work life balance is, so you are able to select your own days off

Rate of pay for all Support Workers is from £11.20 - £12.15 per hour (including holiday pay), with an increase for bank holiday shifts.

As a Support Worker you could be working within a variety of difference services such as rehabilitation units, day centres, mental health hospitals and supported living accommodation. You will promote independence for individuals and provide emotional wellbeing whilst building trusting relationships.

We Require:

- 3 months UK paid experience in the role of support worker within the last 5 years
- Proof of right to work in the UK

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £11.20-£12.15 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
