**Join Our Team at Wild Rose as a Hospitality Team Leader**

We are looking for a dynamic **Hospitality Team Leader** to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service every time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the hospitality team to deliver excellent service across all areas.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including front-of-house, food service, and event support.
- Train, support, and mentor team members, promoting a culture of professionalism and positivity.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage rotas, inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a prompt, courteous manner.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role in hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A hands-on approach and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety practices is a plus.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
