Delta Care Ltd are offering work on a _permanent or temporary_ basis across all surrounding areas of **PRESTON & SOUTH RIBBLE includingBroadgate, Penwortham, Deepdale, Fulwood, Ashton
- on
- Ribble, Ingol, Lostock Hall, Bamber Bridge, Ribbleton, Walton-Le-Dale & MORE**With many _full-time and part-time_ positions available to you.

** Evenings and Weekend work available **
** Drivers and Walkers are welcome **
** Part-time & Full-time Hours to suit your availability **
** Contracted hours available (25hr, 30hr & 35hr) **

**_No qualifications or previous experience is required as we do offer full paid training and an enhanced DBS check_**

**Role**:
The role is community-based, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes to enable them to live safely and independently. This will also consist of providing personal care, medication assistance, and meal preparation.

**Responsibilities**:

- To read and follow the individualized care plan.
- To assist Service Users with getting in and out of bed.
- To provide assistance with washing/bathing and dressing (Including washing hair, body, teeth, etc.)
- To prepare meals, drinks, and snacks, as and when necessary.
- To provide assistance with toileting and changing clothes, as and when necessary.
- To provide assistance with daily living tasks, including cleaning, shopping, and paying finances.
- To monitor the health of the Service User and to report any changes to the Registered Care Manager.
- To encourage Service Users towards a degree of independence and activity appropriate to their ability.
- Log in and out of Service users' homes.
- To adhere by Delta Care Ltd Health and Safety policies.
- To complete medication records and care sheets.

**Hours of duty**:
Mornings: 7 AM - 2 PM

Evenings: 3 PM - 10 PM
- (We kindly ask that you work every other weekend)_

**Our New & Increased Rates of Pay**:
**Monday to Friday - £10.00 _(36p Performance Bonus Included)_**
**Saturday to Sunday
- £10.32 _(36p Performance Bonus Included)_**

**_Mileage pay - 30p (per mile)_**
